Childs Jockey Silks?

Hi everyone

I am trying to find a place to get a set of child's jockey silks ... or someone who makes custom jockey silks for children. We have a set of family colours that I would ideally like to continue with my daughter but I can only seem to find places online that will emulate famous colours.

Has anyone got any ideas? I'm a rubbish seamstress, so unfortunately can't just get a pattern and make them myself!
