Chilling in the sun...

Thank you Polar Skye and Cortez, she's a very special horse to us. Off topic, but as the weather has been so wet here a fox chewed through the coop door and killed that rooster and his two hens :(. They were 'retirees' quite the characters and I always like to give my good egg layers the rest of their life just mooching around.
Aw, that's a shame. We do the same with our old girls; and Mr Fox has had 4 of them this winter, barstewards! Sorry Armas, back to your original subject: nice tree!

RealityCheck - I know I should comment on your foalies, but the arum lillies in the background are just stunning.

PS - your foalies are too!!

I'm just glad we aren't troubled by mink, although we don't live near running water it does flood in areas. A local farmer opened a bale of silage the other day and found a dead mink in the middle

Wow what a nice load of photos of some happy horses. Sorry re the chooks(I lost all my old ducks to a fox...AND they were in their house)! I must have just missed, how annoying. But I love nosing at the happy sunshine photos so thank you. After such a long ol'winter.
