hey just wondering if i could see some pictures of your Chocolate duns I ve been to lots of competitions and seen lots of yellow duns but I have never seen another dun that look like my boy

He looks like a sooty buckskin in those photos. Very attractive one too. The yellow duns that you often see will generally be buckskins (cream gene) rather than true bay duns with the Dun gene.

ETA. Highlands have the Dun gene and as you are in Scotland, you will probably see a fair few of them.

This is my daughters 1st pony 10yrs ago. Pics aren't very clever but they are the best ones I can find that show off her colour!

Was sold this boy as a chocolate dun, but stand to be corrected just liked the pony would have bought him in any colour
