I know I know, I am very disorganised!

3 days till Christmas and I havent bought my horsey friend her christmas present yet!!

Could I please have some suggestions of what I could buy for her?
I would ideally like to spead around £20 but would go more for something nice if I had to.

I was thinking a nice leather headcollar for when her yearling get older, new bandages maybe but am stumped after that, anymore ideas would be really appreciated!

xx

I'm always happy to recieve gloves, either riding or waterproof yard gloves. Nice thick socks. Could do a little horsey hamper,
lead rope, grooming bits, horse treats and some hand moisturiser (sp?)

But they are gifts for her equine not actually for her!

What about some nice long equestrian socks (yes I know socks..yawn yawn) but I’d love a nice new pair to keep my toes warm and legs warm or a headband warmer (what ever you call them) Jack Murphy do a lovely faux fur one along with a matching collar scarf, very smart looking and look great with a tweed style shooting jacket if she’s one of those or if she’s got some country style boots or a pair of Dubarry’s what about the boot warmers etc.

Or (if you both share the same sense of humour) if she hates Katie Price stuff (chances are high) you could buy her something like that as part of a joke ;)

ooooooo jojo, horse hamper is a lovely idea, I'll look into this also, a nice goat hair brush for the clipped one, could still maybe do the bandages and some other bits!!

Thanks - very original, hadn't thought of that!! xxxx

Anymore anyone?

Thanks Kenzo, yes, like the head warmer idea!! Thanks, I'll have a look at the website!

I have to say she is younger than me, only 17 and more of a pink girl but something plain would be fine with all the pink! xxx

Finally someone else on my wave length! We are NOT a fan of KP! lol

Pressie wise Joules Slipper boots thingies. Friend got them for my for my birthday and I now live in them! They are perfect for warming the tootsies after a day spent in boots!

Great guys!! They fab ideas!!

Think I have decided on putting together a little hamper with new pink fleece bandages for the thick legged one, Joules bath bombs or soaps (thanks for the link Ossy :) ) and if I can find them Joules slipper boots for her and her mom (thanks for that Princess-skills :) ) think that would be a nice little pressie!

Thanks all! Sorted! :) xxx

Aww that all sounds very nice well done

i have just collected 2 flat boxs from supermarket to make pony hampers~~~i have apples ,carrots, allsorts mints, likits and treats together with grooming brush and couple of other little gifts. it will look lovely when all put together and jazzed up with ribbon etc and i know my girls and ponies will just love them. if put together nicely its amazing what you can do for not a lot dosh! i am going to derby house to buy my best friend a leather headcollar cos her lovely horse has a nylon one and last time i was in derby house they had the really soft newmarket stripey rugs (rambo i think) for £30 which am sure is less than half price.

good luck with your present hunting

Thanks Ponypops!! You're hamper sounds wicked!!

Things always look better when you've made a bit of effort yourself! :)

I am feeling really Christmassy and excited now! I feel 6 not 26!! LOL

Have a great Christmas everyone and thanks for all suggestions! xx
