Cinnomen for weight loss.

Ahhh, I couldn't be bothered working out how many grams I'd need considering it's 200mg per kg dose of pure extract but the ground stuff isn't pure

quick google threw this up, that isn't an insignificant amount - Dex would have to have 5 heaped teaspoons and I'd have to feed him much more than the token handfull of Pure Fibre he gets for it to be palateable enough for him to eat!

Have you fed it before? If not, be aware that it can cause allergic reactions. One of mine broke out in welts after eating a chaff that contained it. Took six weeks for them to heal.

I would buy cinnamon from bulk wholefoods, I get some of my herbs from there. Also try horse herbs.

For weight loss look into Alcar, it's sold on Forage Plus for info on dosing etc but you should be able to buy if from a sport nutrition site for around £40 per kg. You only feed a couple of teaspoons and it's tasteless.

My pony this winter got slightly fatter than I would like. I gave her Ceylon cinnamon and magnesium and can honestly say it helped . Didn’t take long for her to lose the extra pounds.
