Clarendon Boots/Damar boots

Hi, I'm new and from Aus. Thinking about ordering either the Clarendon boots or some Damar (sp?) ones for eventing. Some friends have the Clarendon ones and like them, but I have seen the Damar ones on a website here. Any opinions either way?

I have both. The Dalmars are the best by a long shot. Very protective, leg doesn't overheat and don't slip/rub.

Clarendons offer little true protection, they are also heavy when wet.

In a test carried out by British Eventing at Tweseldown a couple of years ago after xc Dalmar had the lowest temperature between the boot and the leg with Clarendon the highest

Dalmar are good, but Premier Equine are very very similar and about half the price. i bought a pair this year and have been really pleased with the quality.
