Classe (Holst)

Thank you for the link, no, I hadn't found any info in English so that's greatly appreciated.

I have found a couple of ridden videos of Classe himself and didn't look too striking to me, but I would like to know as much as possible. I hadn't realised he is only 5!

The reason I ask is that I have just been told of a filly by him with apparently amazing movement (as in three truly outstanding paces...), but both sire and dam have 100% sj bloodlines... Quite odd.

Looking at the video it would be quite easy to mistake him for a Fuerst Heinrich at first glance!

Chin Chin's are usualy quite powerful movers. What is the mare's breeding?

Thanks Bearskin, that is again very helpful about Chin Chin (whom I had never, ever heard of...my knowledge of sj lines is non-existent!).

The dam is Anglo-Arabian! Don't know anything else.

It's quite a long way for me to go, but a friend of mine who lives more locally is going this week to make a video for me, so we'll see. Will keep you posted, no doubt :D

It is the Farnese in the bloodline that improves the movement. Classe has Farnese on both the sire and dam side.
