Cleaning a fabric bridle.Advice please!

Hello all. I got this cheapy fabric bridle from Robinsons (its very blue but i love it!) Ive used it a lot for endurance rides and now its grubby. How would you recomend that i clean it? Do you think it would be ok if i stuck it in the washing machine? Any advice welcome x

My friend does hers in washing machine with normal soap powder thats why i plan to get one my easier than normal bridle!

I wash my cheapo webbing bridle in the washing machine with no ill effects

Ditto washing machine!

I wash anything of mine that fits in my washing machine (OH always complains about horse hairs!!). For some really grubby stuff I use biological power first and then wash again with non-bio and an extra rinse as two of mine are alergic to some washing powders.

Put it in a pillow case first then stick it in a washing machine. The pillow case protects the machine from the metal work

Have a nice hot bath. Then when you get out dunk it in the water swish it round and hang it on the shower taps . Dry by the morning.
