I have a set of the equilibrium stretch and flex boots. Unfortunately i bought white which was ok in my old menages but current one has horrible red sand which is a pain to get off everything. I have soaked them and gently scrubbed them with a sponge and managed to get the worse off but was wondering if anyone had any tips as to how to get them white again without putting them in the washing machine (says dont on the label) thanks :)

I have the black ones and shove mine in the machine/ Have had them ages and they are fine!!
If you don't want to risk them though maybe soak them in Vanish for a while.

perhaps you could try nappysan (boots) or whitening for net (supermarket) curtains? Maybe they would bring the grubbyness out.

Ive had a white and black set for going on 5 years now, the white ones dont come up brilliant white anymore but ive washed both sets in the machine on average every other week since they were new and its never harmed them. Its cleans the white ones up quite well and the black ones are still as black as the day I bought them, theyve never faded out at all.

Hope that helps.

Luv Jayne xx

P.S. Incidentially I also do the them on a 60 degree wash with normal washing tablets to make sure any germs etc are killed and even that hasnt harmed them!!

I have the white ones and they also go in the washing machine, i have had them about 5 years and they still look good, not perfectly white but good all the same.

ok i'll try them in the washer machine next:)
just washed them with hand wash (dont ask why) and they seemed to have come up a lot whiter so will see what they look like once dry.
