Bon has been having a little break from shoeing and I'd like to do him a cleantrax before they go back on.
I do not have a suitable boot. I do have a couple of small deep red gorilla trugs. Would those be suitable?
Or I could make up a bag and use gaffa tape to make it kind of hoof shaped although there's more chance of getting a foot in the bucket than a bag I think.
If the trug works how deep does the stuff need to be up the foot/leg? He doesn't have thrushy feet particularly its a precaution but if I split the solution I could do 2 feet at a time for 45 mins. If it needs to be deep it would be one at once for 20.
I think my trugs are 14 litres so maximum would be a bit more than a quarter full vs about a seventh
