Its my birthday today

and I would MUCH rather be riding my horse..even though work have been lovely and given me cake, and wine, and nice lunch

and Kath Kidston goodies

So what are you doing, and would you rather be riding?

Sadly- no job = no horses- 'tis a necessary evil

I'm recovering from an op and have been stuck on or close to the sofa for nearly 2 weeks. I'm still at least 6 weeks from getting back in the saddle. BORED!!!

I'd definately rather be riding than at work. The cake, wine, lunch and goodies all sound good, though.

Yes, as my horse was a loon yesterday after not being out for a whole week. Cantering sideways on the road, and walking like a racehorse - 4 steps of walk followed by hop skip jump

Although he did get gritted by the gritter lorry that came past

He definitely needs more work, he neighed the entire hack too, he's such a girl!

ETS I'd also rather be at your work than mine, I didn't get any cake, wine, or presents today

Definitely! I decided to lunge rather than riding today, and I don't know why on earth I did that because now I really wish I'd ridden. Silly me... I'll be riding tomorrow though.
