Sunny has had a clicking noise around her sacroiliac joint/ pelvis for about a month, when walking, turning and sometimes trotting, both under saddle and out in the field, and sometimes in her stable. She's not lame, and isn't bucking or showing any sings of discomfort when ridden or un-ridden. It was a very slight noise at first, but I've noticed it when riding her now too. I can almost 'feel' it, if I keep my hand on her sacroiliac joint as she walks. Could it just be stiffness (she's only 9 yo, and never been lame, albeit once when she fell over a fence, but only very slightly, for two days, back in March 2015 - vet gave her all-clear), or could it be more sinister, like SI *(prays that it's not)*. She's not stiff or unwilling to move/ work, it just clicks, other than the noise she's the same. We've had & have some horses that click all the time, with no problems, I'm just cautious because it's quite a recent thing.

Would any of you be concerned? We've got the vet coming tomorrow for a few routine things, so may ask them to have a look since they're here. Really hope it doesn't turn out to be anything sinister.

Many thanks for reading & responding! :)

One of my horse is vet 'clicky' in walk. She's been thoroughly checked over by the vet and given the all clear.

Ahh, that's reassuring, thank you. I'm sure it's nothing, I'm just a worrier when it comes to my horses! I think I'll just ask the vet, just to be on the safe side.
