Clicking stifle

friend pony nearly fell over next to me while grazing because her stifle slipped. She is young and growing after a less than ideal start what sort of exercise does she need

Hills are the best thing for any horse with slipping stifles.

My friends section D had this as a 3 year old, hill work was the best advice. She did have to have he ligament (I think?) cut in the end
