Clicky Hip - Apple Cider Vinegar?

Mine's on it now for arthritis, my old horse had it for general stiffness (seemed to work). My loan horse had a clicky hip, resolved by sticking her on a decent diet and her dropping weight as well as building muscle with hill work.

Good news there's nothing in it that's likely to do any harm, bad news there's nothing in it that's likely to help with joints.

Like it - great answer!

OK i've been trawling through old threads and found these two - has anyone tried either?

She hasn't got any lameness or arthritis but I thought she was slightly stiff in the morning the other day when it had been frosty and very cold (she's out 24/7) and one of her hips clicks. I couldn't decide if it was that or if she was slightly footy at the back as I've had her hind shoes removed recently and we are building up on the road work/hill work as you say to get her fit. Her hooves weren't in fantastic shape when we got her - something else we are working on.

She's only been with us since the end of September and has done very little ridden work in her previous home. She's over weight and unfit (both of which we are working on).

Any suggestions welcome.
