Plz no nasty comments :)

I have a young cob who is 2. He is a rescue and was lice and horrible damaged coat when my mum got him.

Because of this we had to clip him, and he is full clipped legs, face and hogged so he could be treated.

We want to show him at unaffiliated showing shows. He is very pretty boy.

Will we get marked bad for him been clipped young coz show cobs are clipped when there adult anyway?

Plz this is my first project horse and my first time in show ring. I want him to expierence people and the whole deal.

He's amazing I love him so so much :D I want to show him off! My mum said just do it!!!!! But I don't want ppl to look bad at us when they don't know full story.

He is now lice free and his coat is looking good he put on so much weight and he is so friendly :)

In the long term it will be better for him to get experience. He doesn't have to be placed this time or even this season. It is all about the experience. So I say take him and talk to anyone who asks why he looks the way he does. Educate THEM!!! Have fun! :)

What a lucky chap to have found you and your mum, hopefully his future is secure and he will prove to be a great source of fun and education for you.

Having clipped him and treated his skin problems it won't be long before nature does it's magic and puts a lovely coat back on him. You could help hm along with a few grams of linseed and some sessions of strapping. Good luck and well done.
