clipper blades: sharpening?

hi all,
this may be a silly question but i have one clipper blade that needs to be sharpened before i can use it?
i am in Hert/Middx?
does anyone now a good place to send them?
what sort of price is it?

I send mine away as i dont think there is anywhere near us!
The company i use are really good and quick and i would say the cheapest too!
