Having just fallen over in the yard and smashed my clippers to the ground! They now do not work! Luckily i had just finished clipping.
I will see if they can be mended but wondered what everyone else uses in case i need to buy a new set.
Mine are wolseley swift and have been really good, but i dont know if they make them anymore.

I've got some Lister ones (don't know which model) and I've had them for nearly 11 years without ever having a problem. They've been kicked, dropped used loads of times etc...still going strong

which if any of these (sorry OP - hijacking thread!) would you say were the best deal for trace clipping three ponies - I don't want to pay top dollar and get the best of the best for three hairy bellies. On the other hand, they are very precious hairy bellies ......

I have a set of LAUBE LAZOR SHEAR 553's which are absolutely FAB. They are light, variable speed for nervy clippees and have a battery pack option to make them cordless. Huge range of blades too - used to clip very hairy spottie!!

I've got Lister Neons too and they're fab. I use them to clip my very hairy Fell ponies.

I used to have the Premier 3000c which are a bit more heavy duty and also great clippers but I found them a bit heavy for my ickle hands (size 6 in gloves!)

If you look at the Peasridge website, there are reviews on lots of different clippers.
