I have a pair of wolsley swifts...very good clippers IMO and are one of the quieter sets on the market.

for trimming i used to have whal pros trimmers...worked very well...untill a much loved relative decided to use them on his dog

We have a pair of wolsley harrier clippers and they are great although quite noisy if the horses get used to them they are fine and pretty heavy duty. I just use a cheap set of roma trimmers that were £20 they seem fine so far

I have liveryman Arena, noisy but very fast and powerful and clip well. They are about 8 years old and still really good runners. There are 2 people on my yard with Wolsley Swift and the motor gets so hot they are impossible to hold. They have been serviced and checked (1 set was new last year) but they ended up clipping with my clippers as they could not hold their own.
