i'm looking into buying my first set of clippers i dont want cordless ones as have quite a few horses to clip i like the livery man harmony ones as you can get them that they are mains only as well but the problem is that both my too have a decent thickness winter coat and they dont look as if they would go through it very well unfortunately im on a tight budget under £150 as im a student and need them with in the next fornight any one have any suggestions that arent cordless

thanks

i have a pair of the harmony's and they go through our horses coats.

Tom is welsh x hannoverian, and trust me, his coat's more welsh than our old welsh pony was!
Ron is IDx so, his coat's thick but not long.

I try to clip late october and the clippers get through their coats easy enough. Just make sure the coats are clean!
