Clippers

They are cheap Chinese imports, low quality copies of Heingar style machines. Purchase these and you risk buying something which does NOT comply with electrical safety regs and could be potentially dangerous. The blades are of poor quality steel and yo are getting what you pay for. I have purchased several machines of this type from various "fleabay" sellers, two of which I refferred to trading standards, sadly it seems there is nothing to stop the continuing influx of Chinese clippers as long as people are prepared to buy them. Remember the main reason some of the big boys machines are more expensive, is they have to give a back up service and actually comply with legislation on safety, product labelling and quality.

Cough up for some good ones, Lister etc. They don't cost a fortune (£200 odd) and will last a lifetime if you look after them.
