The best clippers?

I'm looking for some new clippers but haven't a clue which ones to buy.
Looking for something to use on my ponies for mostly hogging and tail tidying nothing major. I also would like to be able to use them on my dogs when they need clipping. Any advise which ones are good and not to expensive.

Thank you.

Personally I would make sure u buy a known make that u can buy blades for easy. Only say this as my friend brought a unknown cheap make off the Internet and can't find replacement blades anywhere.
I rate Wolsey clippers and lister but currently have liveryman ones and would never buy again as they are always going wrong and its always the same bit the amateur. Go to your local shop and see what they offer and they should have somebody trained up on them to go through with you and then u have a point of call place to go back to which is easier then the Internet I find

I currently have some can't remeber what make bought them brand new and they are useless! Take forever to changer and they never seem to charge properly and when they have charged they don't work very well and are just disappointing!

Will defiantly go into my local saddlery and have a chat see what they have :)

Sorry being thick. :)
As you brought them new take them back if its within the guarantee and see what the shop says?
I sell clippers where I work and try my best to match the clipper to what work is required from them. If I had sold them I would like the customer to bring them back to me instead of being unhappy with them. There may be a fault u never know and the minimal guarantee will be a year so may be worth looking into

I'm not sure where I stand tbh :/ I got them from sports direct and haven't got any of the information saved - I've had them a while now and they where at the first time but when i went to use them a couple of months later they wouldn't charge and weren't that great :/ they weren't that expencive so I should have expected it to be honest.

They occasionally have them on the website going cheap but I think they are all the crap ones nobody really wants. Well from what I can tell anyway. I was going to look at returning them but my mum thought we might aswel keep them just incase (haven't a clue why tho)
