clipping HELP!!

Help
i have a small palamino gelding tht needs clipping i cannot do it myself and am looking for someone to clip him he may be quite nervous but think wen he settles down anyone know a good competent clipping person

Have you tried asking in your local tack shops if they know somebody or local livery yards?...you never know someone may offer to do it for you at a charge, you may also find that if you give your horse a calmer (see calmer post for lots of suggestions!) that may help your horse if you think he will be a bit nervous etc. Or you could get your horse used to clippers (human ones) by runing them near him so he gets used to the sound and vibration etc before you actually ask someone to clip him/her.
