Clipping Novice ..sos clipper blade size??

Dear All,
i would be really grateful for you to advise me.. i have been lucky to be lent a pair of Heiniger clippers to blanket clip my wooly warmblood..i would like to buy my self some blades rather than blunting my friends , but unsure which ones to get ..my friend clips her cob with course blades..would this be ok or is it better to go for the medium . Dont know what to do or which ones are standard for clipping ? Sorry if numpty question but i just dont know !! Thankyou x x

I use mediums on my ridiculously woolly TB. I am talking really thick winter coat here, so I think mediums wil be fine for your WB

I use medium too.
Blades can be VERY expensive (or at least the last pair for my clipper were ...£45), where-as a sharpen is only £6.
