Clipping Question

My pony has a blanket clip at the moment, but I'm thinking of having it all taken off and leave his legs and half a head as he gets really sweaty along his back when hes exercised. Only thing I'm worried about is if it will be a shock to him suddenly having all his hair off ... or will he be fine as long as he's rugged up well?

He'll be fine. Just rug him appropriately afterwards.

If it is very cold it might be worth riding with a quarter sheet until your pony is warmed up.
