Clipping

Just wondering when people are thinking about clipping

Probably late Oct - early Nov, my horse is a Tb so has a fine coat and starts to be rugged up with a rain sheet from beggining of sept so dosen't really get a chance to get too cold! Although my friends new forest will have to be clipped much sooner, just depends on the horse and the amount of work there doing really x

My cob has been done already, I say done but my clippers blew up and so he has a leg and half a face left to-do but never mind, and then my ISH will be done in a month or so when he starts to get wooly, I think it really depends on each horse.

probably in the middle of oct, he's lost a shoe and out of work so maybe a little bit later this year.

As soon as possible! He is a hairy little beast and has been using his poo as a snuggy blacket at night, he is now tri-colour, black-white and GREEN!

I keep threatening to do it but my YO says I'm mean, and that it will only mean I have to clip again soon, which is true and I'm too lazy!

Once my winter rugs come back from the cleaners he will be a shaven beast! Will probably wait until the end of Sep/start of Oct though.

Already done my hot and hairy cob. You could almost see the happiness on her face as it was coming off!

i think i will be able to hold of until end of sept but B is TBxshire so you can imagine the coat he gets!

the others may well be ok until end of oct!
