clipping

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone knows of anyone who does clipping in the oldham /rochdale areas or if anybody would be willing to help me out get my two ponies tidied up, i want both their manes and tails neatened up and they both have feathers, one has little mud rash and I wasnt sure if to have feathers clipped off, (very undecided)

Iam not asking anyone to do it for free.
