Hi,Does anyone know if there are any REALLY quiet clippers I can use on our extreamly terrified pony? He is so bad I had to have him fully sedated, which was fine but along with paying for the clip it was very expensive !

have u tried desenstising? My mare was a nightmare but hours of building her trust in me and having the yard super quiet (5am!) she got it in the end.

I have the same problem as you and will be working on de-sensitising him ready for the next session of clipping and will also look at purchasing a pair of these...

Thanx guys, I know we should do more work in getting him used to them, its difficult on our yard cus a few ignorant owners clip when he's near them which sends him wild so when we try he's wound up and upset! I will buy some of those mentioned and hopefully we will get there in the end, if not we will just have to have a very hairy pony !!
