Can anybody recommend boots that actually really keep the lower legs mud-free and dry?

hi just to change your thought i got some water proof chaps that are fab from equipet they were €50.00 but i love them i can hack out in them and come home snug and dry and if mud does get on them i can give them a wipe down.
