Club BS? Can I still compete on a ticket?

I used to be in BS as a full member for years but have been out of it for a couple of years, I've not done "club" BS shows but was planning to go to one tomorrow. One of the classes is an "open" class but the other is a National Amateur Qualifier which says "for registered horses" but I assume I can still just ride on a ticket like normal BS? Dont want to go to find I'm not allowed to ride! I know I wont get prize money etc.

maybe give the venue a phone and ask, just to be sure?
