Clues to tell friend about what we are doing for her day out?!

Iam taking her western riding, she's never been before but can ride well. I've told her I'd give her clues to what I have planned, but now I've been thinking, I don't know what to say without giving the game away at the first clue!!

So, could you all kindly help me.
We need to be dressed in trousers, and our joddy boots and to bring our own hats (because we can). Its not an all day thing - just 2 hours of riding western!
Ideas on a postcard please.
