Think it must be my age - but I've had 2 falls recently!
One - climbing through the gap between electric fencing - got my knee caught on the bottom line and rolled over and under it - flat on my back in the mud!
Left with a nice green rope stripe across my jumper and leg!!
2nd one was a couple of evenings ago. Putting rug on my soggy Shetland in the dark, in stable wearing head torch. (No lights there

He wasn't tied up and was noseying about.
Doing the surcingles up is tricky as you have to stoop down and reach under his low slung tum.
I had my right arm across his back, but lost my balance when he moved. Slid sideways across him - he then moved to the right and I ended up flat on my back again in the middle of the stable, in the dark because my torch had turned itself off
I think it's the dark - I get disorientated
