My sister has a clydesdale. we have had her since March. We had the vet out over the summer cos we thought she liked lame. He told us that she wasn't and that we need to get used to get Movement and wouldn't see her as conventional or flowing as the others on the yard (2x IDx) because of the type of her. We brought her back into work as normal and have had no further cause for concern. Tonight my sister was lunging her in the equiami and I thought she looked a bit funny. Bear in mind i know I am so paranoid re lameness and had just lunged my boy who is a lovely mover and goes very well on the lunge. The clydesdale is much bigger and very unbalanced. anyway. The point of my post is-does anyone have any vid of their clydesdales so I can compare movement? Does this make sense re the type of her?

Well my young 2 year old Clydesdale X has slipping stifle in both hindlegs and he doesn't look sound even when he walks normal. Seems the travellers bred him as a mini cob. :(
