My boy was about 14.3 at 4 he's about 15.1 now at 6

hes lovely
friend has 4 yr old for sale and although i had one on loan before for daughter i have always had tbs they normally stop growing age 6.I didnt want to assume cobs were same.

I would say he would prob top out 15.1" to 15.2" but would not fill out completely until about 7 this is what my one did, he stopped growing up but took a while to fill out side ways!!

May well be 'sods law' in that if you want him to grow he wont , and if you want him big he ll stop at 15hh!
My young show cob ,bought at 15hh as unbacked 3 yr old is now 6 and 15.3 - and still growing . I swear my old boy never stopped growing until he was 9 - by which time he was 16hh ,despite his JMB LHC .
However, did buy a bum high gypsy cob at 14.3 at 4 ...that never altered one bit and remained a downhill ride.
