cob/hunter noseband

im looking for a good hunter/cob noseband (the flat wide ones). i have a jeffries wembley hunter bridle but the noseband isnt wide enough. anyone know a good place to get one from?

This isn't going to be very helpful,but we spent ages looking for a suitable one that just came on its own. My mum eventually found it in a little tack shop in Beverly.

Just keep looking, also try all the websites you can think of,and maybe do a tackshop tour and look when everyou go somewhere.

Jeffries make wide flat nosebands, I purchased one via my tackshop a year or so ago, also I know a harness maker that makes them to order, she's fab, Beltane Equestrian, she would post it to you too, she's on the web...Good luck!!

im getting a new neddy next week and the jeffries niseband that ive got just isnt wide enough. think ill be ordering one of those ;-)

I have Flyde Saddlery bridles for both the trad and the clydesdale with 2" nosebands and you can have various options on reins and width of leather which I like as I use these as my showing bridles.

The leather is superb and Flyde stuff holds is value very well if you ever want to sell it.

They do just the noseband alone if this is all you want.
