yes i did....it was a fair contest considering it was run at a fast pace, and unusually warm conditions.
sadly 2 horses died..but so did a high profile 3 day event horse this week

Horse Sport is, surprise, surprise .....Dangerous!!!

if you own fat, lazy cobs they dont tend to die doing their thing..because they rarely get out of a fast shuffle

Lordy! If they'd seen my cob pirouetting on the end of his lead rope in a very athletic manner earlier, they would have thought it was a magic trick, clearly! A girl wouldn't ride him after her first go cos he was 'too forward' and can be stopped only by walls if he's touched with a whip. Yeah, right, all cobs are fat and lazy (like my mate's-she just affiliated BSJA and did RAF Halton) Honestly, who are these idiots?:mad:
 
I don't understand why everyone can't just be allowed to do their own thing and enjoy it without the b1tching!!! FGS I thought most of the people on here were adults not little kids, doing the he said/she said thing!! My 7 year old is more grown up than some!!!

Ah the paradox of the humble forum... who knows how old people really are.

For all we know, she could be a huge coblover as enfys said and is suffering tb-envy like so many who own cobs do... (joke)

My cob is fat and lazy and if he does break out of walk, it's only because he tripped :D

Ah, thats classic !
Make my think of my own dear fat boy. He's the Rastafarin of the horse world. Why hurry ? He favours a slow, smooth jog, great for drinking coffee while you're riding. Won't spill a drop.
