Which would you recommend for comfort for the rider....
Ultimately it depends on the best fit for the horse, but wanted your views on which offers best comfort...

i sat in the T4 Cob GP at the saddlers and it was awful!
can you just go along to sit in them in the shop and see how you feel about them both?

I already have a wintec dressage pro which i love but shes grown too fat! and it doesnt fit anymore.. she's going to have to have a "wide" version. As much as i'd like a nice fitted leather saddle, the budget just wont allow it at the mo, but i'm very happy with any saddle as long as it fits!

Thorowgood everytime - their cob is just so comfy & fits cobs - no bouncing at the back!

I personally have only sat on a Wintec, however someone down the yard had a Wintec and decided to go for a Thorowgood as it fitted her horse better. Later finding it was comfier

Would pick Wintec! Tried a Thorowgood and absolutely hated it. Too much saddle between you and the horse. And you stick to it aswell!!

i have a wintec wide or cob saddle. relaly comfy ride in it for hours.
the thoroughgood was awful in so many ways i sat on for 5 mins then got straight off and told the saddler no way ! my horse didnt like it either
