Some will remember I posted a while back about Gypsy falling over on the road and feeing very puffed out and wobbly as if he was about to fall when we had a canter around the woods.
I updated the other day saying he's fine now on sugar beet, took his to the woods again today and he just wasn't right
he had no enthusiasm for a canter (he usually goes mad) and at the end he almost looked pale and started swaying and it was all very strange. I got off, took his flash noseband off (for a bit more breath) and walked for a couple of miles. He then seemed fine so I hopped back on and we plodded back home.
We've phoned the vet as soon as we got home and she suggested anemia or heart/lung related.
So as we have no facilities were taking him to her place and going to ware him out a bit so she can do some tests, and hopefully get a blood test out of a very strong, needle-phobic cob!
I do hope it's nothing too serious for the little guy, he's been going so well recently
