Cobs - am I the only one who would be embarassed to own one?

[ QUOTE ]
Thank you for your bowings...I am sure all the non-cob owners recognise it as their due.
I am sorry, but by definition as a cob-owner, you will not be permitted to soil my saddle or steed with your presence.
Besides, you would be lost without long, coarse mane to hang on to....and the ground would be so far away when you inevitably fall off.
I am sure you understand - maybe when you're 60 we'll reconsider

[/ QUOTE ]

Of course you are quite right, I don't know how I had the cheek to ask. I feel quite scared now thinking about the great heights involved and those little fine slippery manes. (Slinks away sadly to feed coblet)

We'll forgive you this time...
Perhaps you'd like to post pictures of your coblet for us all to mock and abuse? Although secretly I suspect that some of the people who read this thread actually share your misguided views and LIKE cobs - hard to believe, isn't it?

LOL!! all bow to the darkside! i have a cob so my fat arse doesn't look so fat!!!!

I would defo own one, Well a nice quality one not some dobbin, Most cobs arent dobbins actually, have rode 2 cobs and shown them and they were fantastic, jumped anything but wasnt novice rides in anyway.

I also had my own little 14.2 coloured cob mare and she was the cheekiest and most fun mare I have ever rode.
