Cobs and cinchers?

Do you mean clinchers? As in a browband? If so, then of course, wear what you please! Looks quite smart on more traddy types I think. Wouldn't be considered correct show turnout though.
 
I don't understand the question, sorry. Do you mean wear a cinch, like a western girth? I don't see why not. My welshie does.

Edit: Sorry, yes, brass clincher browband. It'd look better than diamante anyway if you wore it for dressage :)

Brass clinchers are correct for some driven classes but not for inhand or ridden.

For pootling about you can use whatever you like.
 
Sorry!! a clincher is what i meant, if only there was a weight loosing clincher available for fat cobs!! my girl needs one :o

Seen them alot on trad types and inhand bridles.
