Fairly obviously triggered by the post lower down.

On Monday 15th August 1988 Berry became a part of my life. We had an amazing 9 year journey, through my secondary school years and college together. He then went on to do 10 years riding and driving with an RDA group, which included PC activities. He is now back with me aged 24.

This is more of a picture post admittedly, but due to the other post in here, I figured this was the best place for it.

So, to versatility.
If I may say so a smart cob, who looks good hogged or with a mane.

Fantastic post!
Here is my versatile cob Bodey. He is only 5 but already ‘been there, done it, loved it’. I backed him 17 months ago, and boy we are having so much fun together. I know that a cob was completely the right choice of horse for me after having a TBx that totally knocked my confidence!

This is my ultimate horse!

What did you do why he was at the RDA centre? Did you have another horse? He is a lovely looking horse. And the sort we all look for he really is good alrounder. Is he with you for life now? You must be really proud of him.

Wish I had some decent jumping pics. In the dressage that's not me riding (I don't 'do dressage'

) It's my cousin.

I know that Nelly isn't a cob as such but I wanted to add native hairy ponies to the roll of honour if that's ok? I've had her 11 months now and we have so much fun together. Here's us on a hack this afternoon.

[/ QUOTE ]

Finished off college and worked at Sports Horse Studs and lived in the USA for nearly 4 years working on a huge TB Farm.

[/ QUOTE ]

No, not untill 2005, when I was back from the US.

Thank you! I think he rocks, despite the fact he is a git for the dentist, to have his mane done and to sometimes to clip and can be a real challenge to hack alone, as it's all SO exciting!

He most certainly is!!!

You must be really proud of him.
