I had some crusts from our multi seed loaf so gave them to the chooks this morning. I have 6 breeding groups.
The hens always get to the slice first as they pay attention to where it lands (I fling them over the fence into their runs) and start eating. Then the boy turns up, once he has finished posturing with excitement. He promptly steals the bread and then puts it down and calls his wives over saying 'Look, woman, look what I have got you'.

Just like mansplaining or claiming everything is your idea!

No turkeys sadly, husband has banned me from more birds but I may sneak some more in. Not sure I could get away with a turkey he might notice that!

I love my boys so much, I’ve often thought about only having lads as so many are unwanted but then we got chickens in first place for eggs...

Our neighbour has turkeys, he must live half a mile away and you can hear them gobbling all day. It’s a nice noise.
