Coefficient percentages

Hi. I have a female cocker spaniel and would like her to have a litter if pups. I have picked a dog for her but kennel club says her puppies would have a coefficient percentage of 15 percent. Can I still go ahead.

And this site says any number above 12 per cent Coefficient is not recommended..so your choice may not be the right one for your girl.
