Cold hands & painful fingers

I've just started using Oilatum on my face and hands (everything else makes me itch) it seems good. My hands get very cold and my fingers go white to the joints. I have thermal liners which I wear under rubber dipped, gardening gloves for stable work and under leather gloves for riding.
I was once told If your hands get cold when riding put them behind your back up between your shoulder blades -It works for me.
 
I get really bad chilblains in the winter, very painful!! I just bought an AMAZING pair of gloves, can't recommend them enough they are like having them in the toaster 😂

ARIAT Tek Grip Insulated gloves - can pick them up on ebay for £20-30.. Worth the money!!
