Pony saw vet last Monday, vet said that while pony wasn't laminitic, she was in danger of becoming so.
She's on strict box rest for 14 days. Rationed soaked hay, small feeds to give her vitamins (which are actually just the same as what she was having before, just changed the chaff to one suitable for laminitis)
Her legs have become very cold. I'm thinking of bandaging just for warmth at night. she has no swelling at all.
Would you say yes or no?

It is chill at night - but I wouldn't bandage. If pony is at risk of Lami is she overweight? Letting her become cold is a very natural way to help her keep weight off. Horses legs are naturally cooler to the touch.

Thank you, that’s helpful.
She was fine till changed over into summer grazing. She ballooned in just a few days.
Lesson learned
