colds - how do you treat

Hi Ive had dogs for all my life but never had one with cold.Hes not ill or off his food just wondering if anyone has supplement other than vit c that they use . Hes sneezy with runny nose from sneezing otherwise in great health.Obviously will take to vet on monday if it doesnt clear.

Had one that was low and poorly last year, and the only thing I really did was boil up a load of chicken legs, so he had something light to eat, but I also kept the chicken flavoured water so I could be sure he was drinking plenty.
