Hi, has anyone been able to get hold of them? I ordered and paid for a5 litre Coligone 10 days ago, no delivery and can't get hold of them by phone or email.... Left several messages but nothing :-( very worried as £100 is a lot of money to me and wanted to get my horse on it!! Any ideas?
 
I believe that there has been a problem with their phone lines/internet.

It is unfortunate that sometimes communications break down - but I believe (from their FB page) it is through no fault of their own on this occasion, and more to do with suppliers of phone lines ;).

I have complete faith that their usual brilliant customer service will be resumed shortly :) x
 
But they supply a mobile number due to phone line issues and still don't answer it.
My normal supplyer was out of stock hence tried to ring them to see when supply would resume or would buy from them directly. Didn't want to just buy online incase they didn't have any either.
In the meantime have run out and horse stopped eating! Resorted to gaviscon lol as no other option.
Works the same BTW ;)
Hopefully supply now sorted so will give my money to my normal guys who do everything in their power to help thier customers.
 
I have ordered 5l of Coligone on 24 Mar and they have taken payment £98. Have emailed x 2 and left 2 x messages on their mobile number as per their website, Have also left a message on their fb site tonight - I was hoping my order would arrive in time for this weekend's competitions but it is not looking likely now...........
 
All sorted now, managed to contact via Facebook and order is being dispatched this week. Some confusion on their part thinking my order had been processed. All is well. Just to say their product has worked wonders on calming my horse prior to competition when just about everything else doesn't even 'touch the sides'.
 
That is good to hear, we've often used before and have to say everything else withers in comparison. Kate does such a fab job, I think she only had baby last week - don't know how she manages to do it all!
