Coligone, Help please

Ive just bought a new tub of Coligone & the powder is green in colour & is rock hard. So hard i cannot pull the powder out & empty the bag. It's like concrete.

Is this right?? Also Im sure last time i bought Coligone it was a white powder.

Thanks i will PM her, however i feel bad involving her as this time i didnt buy it direct. I bought it off another shop where i could pay via paypal.

I havent used Coligone for a while as horses are fine when out, but in the winter when there in overnight it helps. So i was just wondering if they had changed the colour of the stuff. It isnt right though & i cant use it, it's in date expires 10:10.

I have got a tub and it is also rock hard. I don't know if that's normal though as it's my first tub. I'm just scraping off the amount I need into the scoop. The colour isn't green, it's more of a grey colour.
