How many would I have to feed a day for the ideal effect? (2 Shetlands and 1 welsh a)

It doesn't say on the packet. I used the liquid with good effects using the recommended dose. I tried the nuts but they were quite dusty and I wasn't a fan.

I buy the 20kg bags, and Pidge gets 4 handfuls every night. 2 in his feed and 2 in his mash, helps him eat them as he always struggles to hold his weight in the winter with his Cushings
