Does anyone know what is going on at Coligone? Their delivery is shocking, this is the second time I've had to wait more than two weeks to get my order (it was two weeks this Monday gone & I still haven't received it). After the first time I resorted to buying it elsewhere but then the suppliers ran out too...
I have tried ringing and leaving messages to no avail so I face booked them and just get "sorry, there's a problem but it will be resolved soon" type answers..... Reading other posts on their page, I'm not alone! It's a good product but hens teeth are easier to buy....
I wish they'd just say what's going on so that we can be reassured it's just a blip or if necessary find an alternative (any ideas folks?)
 
I tried ringing and messaged them on Facebook last week and never heard back. Doesn't even look like they have looked at it.
Its a real shame because from what I have heard the product is supposed to be amazing.
 
Thank you for bringing this to my attention - I am extremely sorry you haven't been notified of our delays - I thought that I had contacted everyone involved already to explain.
I have also updated our Facebook page @coligone to keep people informed.
I have offered refunds to everyone who can't wait until the new batch arrives in? Please message me if you would like this and I am more than happy to do that.

Unfortunately I don't know your names so can't say whether your Coligone was sent out for delivery today or not?
Please message me and I will sort everything out for you

Due to complaints I am already implementing a whole new system which will ensure that things run far more smoothly in the future.
Once again please accept my apologies

Kate, thank you for your reply. Please, please get it sorted as it would be a shame if we all gave up and used another product...
These days, a couple of days (if not next day) delivery is feasible and I'm sure 5 to 7 days would be OK for most but anything more than that is too long, especially when we don't definitely know how long it will be!

I totally understand and appreciate your feedback - As a small company your custom is extremely important, but obviously for me the health of the horse it the ultimate reason for me producing Coligone.
I am implementing a whole new structure which will help make things run more smoothly and it's time that I didn't work alone...
Watch this space! And thank you for the wonderful feedback about Coligone - it makes it all worth it.

Gosh, it is nice to see such a professional reply. I have a friend recommend Coligone, her horse has it every spring to cope with the spring grass, but I was already on Rite Track, and as that is working I am not going to change. Nice to see your reply though.
