On a positive note, I doubt the average chav would be able to either afford or be able to use either the collar or the dog!!

Agree that a lead would have been the easiest thing to avoid looking like a fool in many respects....

Agree, a leashed dog prevents a multitude of 'situations' The girls got it all, well nearly all - gorgeous BF, beautiful dog - but no common sense.
